Abstract
A 40-year-old man was admitted due to vomiting and periumblical abdominal pain. He was diagnosed as chronic pancreatitis with pseudocyst, which compressed the duodenal bulb. endoscopic cystoduodenostomy and nosocystic drainage were performed. As
a
result, pseudocyst was disappeared and obstructio was relieved.
In conclusion, endoscopic cystoduodenostomy and nasocystic drainage will be a good alternative treatment to surgical or percutaneous drainage in the specific indications of a pseudocyst bulging into the duodenum or stomach.
